If you consider this exchange service solely as a Bitcoin converter, there are no complaints. However, it would be nice to add all popular payment systems, even those common in Russia, for the convenience of buying and selling the token. But compared to other exchanges, Sberbit looks less attractive. There are only two options available: buying bitcoins for something or selling bitcoins for something. The exchange of one electronic payment system for another is absent, as is the ability to exchange one cryptocurrency for another. This exchange only features one cryptocurrency - Bitcoin. Among the available wallets, there is only Qiwi, and even that comes with restrictions. There is no WebMoney, Perfect Money, Payeer, or PayPal. There’s no point in even mentioning more exotic options like Skrill or Neteller. As for banks, the situation is better: the most popular ones are represented, such as Sber, Alfa, Tinkoff, VTB, and Raiffeisen. They did well in this regard. The exchange goes smoothly. The action algorithm is standard for modern exchanges: we choose two directions, enter the details, phone number, and email, receive the payment address, transfer the funds, and wait for the crediting. The procedure is familiar. It’s only more complicated when exchanging with Sber, where verification is required. For this, you need to provide a selfie with your card and passport against the website background. Therefore, I prefer to use the exchange only for directions like Bitcoin - EPS or EPS - Bitcoin. I don’t want to deal with banks; I prefer to maintain anonymity. Currency can be exchanged at any time, but don’t expect a quick response at night. Apparently, they leave 1-2 operators for emergencies. Once, I waited 40 minutes for a response to my request. But this doesn’t exclude the possibility of a quick response from an operator if there are no other inquiries. During the day, they respond almost instantly. Transfers in both cases happen quickly, and the fee does not include any additional charges.

When I exchanged bitcoins and the rate suddenly went up, the exchange service was on point. If they had fixed the rate, I would have lost a bit, and that would have been unpleasant. I decided to save on the commission, and because of that, the transaction took a long time to confirm. Now I put in a larger amount so that the transfers go through faster and such situations don’t arise. In other aspects, I didn’t notice anything special. It’s an ordinary exchange service, but it doesn’t work with other cryptocurrencies besides bitcoins. When buying bitcoins through it, you don’t save on the commission. You can receive the cryptocurrency in your account just a few minutes after the transfer. Sometimes it works faster than automatic exchanges, even though there are operators here.

I like loyalty programs in various services. In the online exchange SBERBIT, it's quite easy to exchange money, and over time, you earn a discount for it. It consists of 5 levels, and upon reaching a certain threshold, the exchange rate becomes more favorable. Although the increase is insignificant, it's still better than nothing. Considering this, sometimes exchanging money here is more profitable than in other places. Right now, I have a 0.3% discount since I've already exchanged $1.54. The dollar peg is a common practice. There's still a long way to go until the next discount, which, by the way, will be the last one – the threshold is $5,000, and the increase in discount is minimal: it will be 0.4%. All the exchanges I've conducted took only a few minutes. The rate is almost always good. This online exchange has a positive reputation on monitoring sites, where I learned about it. It's hard to find something more profitable for exchanging BTC.

I regularly use Sberbit for depositing and withdrawing bitcoins to a fee-free exchange. Since the trading platform doesn't support the usual payment systems, I have to resort to exchangers. I found Sberbit through several aggregators that track exchange rates, and it turned out to be the first one, offering the most favorable rate at that time for exchanging Yandex Money for bitcoins. The commission hardly affected the market price of the coin, and I bought it almost at face value. Later, I started cashing out directly to Sberbank. Although the rate isn't the best right now, I'm used to exchanging here and received a discount. I trust this exchanger; I've never had any problems with transfers, even when I urgently needed to make a deposit and complete a deal.

Hello! I regularly use this service, about 10 times a week. Most often, I exchange bitcoins for Sber, while I do the reverse exchange very rarely. I want to note that the exchange always goes quickly and without delays. I have never received less than what was stated in the request, although that often happens with other exchangers. The operators are available around the clock; I even exchanged money at night... that's my job. This service is the best for me, and I have no plans to switch to others! Bitcoin can be withdrawn to Sberbank, but not through other channels. However, you can buy Bitcoin through Tinkoff or Sberbank. Purchasing cryptocurrency via Yoomoney is available, but the exchange rate is unfavorable. I couldn't find any competitive advantages among the many other exchanges. Overall, to be honest, this is quite a weak option. But perhaps, as a "young developing company," they might still be able to grow.

I made two transactions. The first was for 950 rubles, when transferring with DASH (the cryptocurrency rate hardly changed compared to the second transaction), and in the end, I received 98.7 rubles for 1 USDT (in the first transaction, I used BestChange). Then I accidentally clicked on the general window for selecting cryptocurrencies to send and chose a similar option with no commission. I thought that since it's the same site, DASH for 850 rubles would cost about the same 98 rubles, so I didn't check how much it would be in the transfer, as I had already made several transactions on this service. In the end, for 850 rubles with the selected commission-free sending method (over 90 minutes), I received 6.1093 USDT, which amounted to 139.131 rubles for 1 USDT. In conclusion: I strongly recommend checking how much you will receive every time!
