Hello! I regularly use this service, about 10 times a week. Most often, I exchange bitcoins for Sber, while I do the reverse exchange very rarely. I want to note that the exchange always goes quickly and without delays. I have never received less than what was stated in the request, although that often happens with other exchangers. The operators are available around the clock; I even exchanged money at night... that's my job. This service is the best for me, and I have no plans to switch to others! I recommend it to everyone 100%! By the way, I received a discount on the exchange as a regular customer – it's a small thing, but it feels nice!
