Now about the ease of use. The exchange process is no different from other services; the principle is the same. However, here all available directions are grouped together, rather than just laid out in a mess like many others. Three groups have been created: cryptocurrency, banks, and electronic payment systems. As for the directions, there are quite a few: about 20 different tokens and about the same number of banks, but wallets are a bit unfortunate. WebMoney, PayPal, and similar services are absent. Nevertheless, for cryptocurrency conversion, this exchanger is ideal, as it works with the most popular coins. The exchange speed is high; usually, the money arrives within a few minutes. However, with BTC, the situation can vary, as there have been recent issues with the network, causing transfers to be delayed. But that is beyond the exchanger's control.

I have exchanged currency several times with NiceChange. Each time, the service showed excellent results in monitoring. Otherwise, there’s no point in using them, as there’s nothing competitive. The discount system is similar to others: the larger the exchange amount, the bigger the discount. Don’t expect significant benefits; the maximum you can get is 0.12%. Before your first exchange, I recommend registering, as you’ll get a 0.05% discount. They don’t offer discounts without registration. I converted BTC to VTB using a card number, and the transfer took a little time. The application process took about 5 minutes, maybe a bit faster. The exchange process is semi-automatic: first, the application is processed by a robot, and then an employee works on it manually. For other directions, there may not be such complexities, and the conversion might go faster. However, this ensures reliability, and in case of any issues, I can file a complaint. My transfers went smoothly, so I have no complaints.

The course isn't the best, but there are exceptions, and there are many directions. The exchange from cryptocurrency to electronic money stands out in particular. The advantages, like most electronic exchangers, are instant withdrawals. Once, I had to contact customer support — it appears in a chat on the side. At first, a bot responds, but after three messages, a real person joins in — everything was resolved quickly. I had a small issue; I sent a screenshot of the payment directly in the chat, and they fixed everything. It was really nice.

In 2022, this exchange service is not suitable for exchanging yuan, especially for purchases. The direction is absent. Today, you can only exchange cryptocurrency for yuan and other electronic wallets, like Payeer, or for other cryptocurrencies. The rate is quite unfavorable. It is only suitable in extreme cases. Exchanging to rubles on Qiwi is significantly more advantageous. Yuan is clearly at a disadvantage.

Nicechange offers a wide range of options, mainly related to cryptocurrency. The exchange has been around for a long time, and I often use it myself. I've noticed that the rates for crypto directions are quite good, sometimes even slightly above average. However, the situation is worse for rare EPS directions. You can lose up to 60-70 rubles on 1000. I recommend checking rates on other services; it's better to use BestChange.

Sometimes there are difficulties accessing the platform when using a European VPN. With an American VPN, logging in works without issues, as it does with other locations. As for the directions, you can purchase Yoomoney, but their sale is not available. In such situations, the question always arises of where they get these Yoomoney for sale. Webmoney is completely absent. Other electronic payment systems are presented in a list — all the popular options, such as Payeer, AdvCash, and Qiwi. This is standard for the current time. The company NiceChange does not process withdrawals. You invest your money, and in return, you either get a system failure or just a block. The support service does not respond to inquiries at all; it is obvious that this is all a scam, and there is nowhere else to turn for help. I do not recommend trusting this exchange if you don't want to lose your money.
