The crypto exchange Coco-Pay is not up to par, as it only offers Bitcoin. There is no Ethereum here, let alone other popular altcoins. The most unpleasant part is that the situation with wallets is similar. Overall, there are very few exchange options. Mostly, everyone exchanges Qiwi for BTC or BTC for Qiwi, and card exchanges are also available. The support for the hryvnia is completely irrelevant to me. All of this makes the exchange extremely limited. If you need a site for buying or selling Bitcoins with Qiwi or a card, you can take a look. For other coins and payment systems, Coco-Pay is not worth considering. As for Bitcoin exchanges, it works quite well. If you only use these options, the exchange is indeed decent. First of all, the fees here are not inflated. The rates are always reasonable, although it’s not always at the top of the monitoring lists, but it occasionally makes it. Overall, if you keep an eye on the rates, you can catch a good deal. This applies to all exchanges. Secondly, the minimum exchange amount is 1000 rubles. So this exchange is great for small transactions. Currently, this is especially important, as some exchanges are raising the minimum to 5-10 thousand rubles (and one even to 20 thousand). Otherwise, the exchange takes a few minutes, as transactions are processed automatically. When sending Bitcoins, the exchange offers a reasonable fee, which means you don’t have to wait long for the coins to be credited.

I was attracted by the appealing courses and the quick exchange process. When submitting a request, the rate is fixed for half an hour, and throughout my usage, there hasn't been a single adjustment to the rate or any other issues with the execution of the request. After confirmation, the money instantly arrives on the card. The whole procedure takes about 10-15 minutes. I won't criticize the limited selection of directions, as the most important one for me is available here. Among other advantages, I note the loyalty program, which allows for savings on exchanges. However, there is one small drawback – the high thresholds for receiving a larger discount. For example, upon registration, the savings are 2%, but to reach the next level (4%), you need to exchange $10,000. And the further you go, the more you need to exchange.

I am very sorry that such an important service, by changing its rules, does not require them to be read or at least does not issue a warning for a mistake. As a result, I lost my account with Tinkoff and got banned. I wish the service all the worst. All of this happened just because a friend asked me to make a transfer, which turned out to be to a shadow resource...

They blocked 20 thousand, even though I had transferred money hundreds of times without any problems before. Now the security service is demanding the following: 1. A video lasting at least 15 seconds, showing the transaction hash, date, and amount. To record it, you need to log into the platform from which the transfer was made. 2. Handwrite on a piece of paper the text: “I, Full Name, am making an exchange on the site — CocoPay, application number...” with today’s date and signature. This paper also needs to be in the frame. 3. Take a selfie with one of the documents in the background of the application on the site (passport or ID card). During the exchange, there was an auto-exchange error, and my funds ended up being frozen. As the operator explained, this happened due to technical work that was not mentioned during the exchange. In my personal account, the status of the request shows as "completed," but the coins have not arrived in my wallet. To unfreeze the funds, they suggest making another exchange for the same amount.

The exchange service is actively developing, with new exchange options being added. I made two exchanges from Qiwi to LTC, and all the funds arrived quickly, within 15 minutes. The support team is responsive. I'm especially pleased that the fees on the exchange are quite low, and the transfer limits are not too high, plus there's a 2% discount offered upon registration through the loyalty program. The downside is that there are still not enough exchange options.

It's convenient that all the necessary information is available on the site. There are many exchange options and various currencies. I recommend it.
