Before your first exchange, I recommend registering, as you’ll get a 0.05% discount. They don’t offer discounts without registration. I converted BTC to VTB using a card number, and the transfer took a little time. The application process took about 5 minutes, maybe a bit faster. The exchange process is semi-automatic: first, the application is processed by a robot, and then an employee works on it manually. For other directions, there may not be such complexities, and the conversion might go faster. However, this ensures reliability, and in case of any issues, I can file a complaint. My transfers went smoothly, so I have no complaints.
