A few years ago, we opened our online store and created the website ourselves. After two years, I saw an ad for InSales and decided to give the service a try. I wanted to update and improve the existing site. It took about three days in total. Everything went quickly because the system is very user-friendly. Initially, I only planned to test the platform, but the mobile version completely impressed me. In the end, we started working with InSales on a permanent basis. It's also worth noting that the services provided by InSales appear to be quite affordable. Among other builders, it likely stands out as a clear leader. It's hard to imagine anything more advantageous. I can't help but mention the technical support, which operates at a high level. In the end, I can only recommend this platform and, although it sounds bold, say that it has a future. We'll see how everything develops, but it has already earned respect.

We have been collaborating for 5 years, and only in the first two years was everything fine. Now the situation has changed: the prices have skyrocketed, indifference has increased, and the rates have doubled. The customer support is simply terrible; they won't do anything for free, even though free modifications are included in the plans. The responses are rude, and they communicate harshly even on VK. No one monitors the quality of service, and everyone seems to not care about the customers. It is impossible to reach out for a solution to any problem in this company. We do not recommend wasting money on this organization, as the amount you would spend in a year could create an excellent website on another platform.

The product has potential, interesting developments, and even unique advantages. However, all of this is ruined by their attitude towards customers and their needs. As soon as you become an inconvenient customer who demands fairness, logic, and a reasonable approach, you will be immediately banned from support and ignored. There is complete disrespect for customers! InSales is generally not interested in the needs of its users; they live in their own world! Be prepared that in a critical situation, you will simply be left alone with the problem, banned from chats and support, and then everyone will unite against you, waiting for you to exhaust all your attempts to reach their reason and logic. This is a real example from our collaboration!
