AppleTec offers standard SSD hosting with good Intel processors and DDR4 RAM. There are no questions about the quality of the equipment; it is modern and reliable. The servers are located in a data center in Moscow, but there are also European options (in Germany), although they probably don't interest us. My website was successfully migrated, and it's worth noting that almost all popular CMS are supported, and the control panel is quite user-friendly. I tested the hosting for just over a week to understand how everything functions. However, after just a week, I decided to switch because the response was excellent, and the site loaded and navigated quickly. It’s not too heavy, but it was slow on my old hosting. It’s better to pay for a year upfront to get bonuses. Here, they provide not only a standard .ru/.рф domain for free but also an additional month of hosting, an SSL certificate, and an IP. All of this is activated through promo codes after payment. The features are standard, traffic is unlimited, and the conditions can be expanded without switching to a new plan. If desired, you can add extra disk space, databases, additional websites, and IPs. In my case, everything works quite stably, no worse than before. I am satisfied and pleased with everything.

I used to be with this old hosting provider, then found a more budget-friendly option, but recently returned. The prices here are average. I've seen cheaper offers with similar features in the Russian internet space. It's also worth noting that the server uptime leaves much to be desired. You don't expect absolute uptime, but 99.9% is clearly not achieved here, and the figures are lower. There are often brief outages, but in my case, it's not critical yet. Overall, it meets expectations for the price. Besides hosting, you can rent virtual and dedicated servers here, as well as purchase domains. However, I wouldn't recommend dealing with domains, as their prices are inflated. They charge 365 rubles a year for a .ru domain, which is too expensive. On reg.ru, it costs about 200 rubles, and even cheaper in other zones. As for VPS, I can't say anything since I've never rented servers from them, only used their hosting. There are no major complaints about the quality of hosting; it's not the best option, but for the price, it's quite acceptable.

This is the first time I'm encountering a provider that offers excellent service conditions without compromising on quality. Loyalty is expressed through a cashback that is not quite standard here — when I make a payment, I receive 5% of the amount credited to my account. To do this, I need to use a card, although there are other payment methods available. The hosting prices are quite reasonable: I pay 2,300 rubles for the year at the current rate, and my site is hosted on a fast SSD. I have 2 gigabytes of RAM, and the disk is 15 gigabytes. I chose a larger volume to host a few more projects. The provider does not limit traffic, so the service conditions are really good and affordable. It's too early to talk about reliability since I've only been using the hosting for a few months. So far, everything is running smoothly, but I'll make final conclusions later. Currently, the uptime seems to be 100%, and I haven't noticed any outages. As for the ping, everything is fine, but that's because I'm in Moscow. I have a good response time thanks to the local data center. For the Far East, it might be worth looking for other providers, but for the European part of Russia, EpTech is, in my opinion, more than worthy of attention.

Not a professional, just an individual. I had a "lightly loaded" online store on Opencart hosted here. I used this hosting service from August 2016 until the end of September 2019. Regarding the quality of service: 1) Overall, it's acceptable for Russia. When I connected the dedicated IP service, several websites were hosted on one "dedicated" server. Only upon inquiry did they explain that for an "additional fee" they enhanced protection against attacks and viruses. We agreed (payments were only accepted via cards and e-wallets). The website crashed several times, root files were deleted... We didn't receive clear explanations, but they restored it for free from a backup. They monitor resource consumption! And they raise tariffs, possibly justified by CPU usage, but I can't verify, even though there were "0+" clients. Technical support responded competently and within acceptable timeframes. 2) In September, there was an incident with a "rights holder." We received a complaint letter and a complete shutdown (website, admin panel, hosting panel). The notification came only via email. The complaint was sent without specific links to violations. When we requested them to ask the complainant for a link to the violation, they refused. After negotiations and requests to restore and filter possible violations, they also refused. After some time, they offered to pay significantly more with changes to all settings and a switch to unknown servers. We decided to move our websites. We requested a refund of the amount paid due to our departure. Clear sabotage began. We requested an OFFICIAL letter in paper form by mail. We waited for it. After 1 month and 8 days of demanding a "written" request for a refund, they offered a refund ONLY through Webmoney. So, on one hand, they demand an official letter for the refund, and on the other hand, they offer a refund through "schemes." Time is passing, and the "service" deadlines are expiring. It's not a client-oriented service and problematic regarding refunds. There is a high likelihood that you will be disconnected over a minimal and even fabricated complaint.

I am using the virtual server service and chose the i9r4 plan since I don't need much power at the beginning. So far, everything is functioning perfectly, the server is always connected, and there are no lags. The support team clearly explained how to access and manage the server (rebooting, reinstalling, etc.), everything is very understandable. After payment, the server became available in about 5-10 minutes. I hope that this first impression is not misleading and that everything will remain at this level.

Excellent hosting at AppleTec.ru. The staff and management treat clients wonderfully. I've been using this hosting since 2012. My website is sport-is-life.ru. Every year, I notice numerous improvements in the software and technical support. The tech support works quickly, politely, and professionally, with care. My impressions are exclusively positive. I am an elderly person (I am 81 years old), and I like everything here. The hosting is great for advertising and publishing works of various genres.

I rented a VDS for a gaming server, and the resources provided by the plan are more than enough; nothing freezes. The ping is excellent, which was one of the key factors in my choice. The support service informed me that there is protection against DDoS attacks, but I haven't had the chance to test it yet. I hope to stay here for a long time; I'm currently very satisfied.

I ordered a server from this hosting provider. The support team promptly contacted me and informed me of the time needed for preparation. In the end, the server was ready in about an hour. During the operation, I have no complaints; after all, it's a dedicated server, and the equipment is functioning as it should. I haven't encountered any stability issues so far; at least the software is working, which means the server is constantly accessible.
