We have been collaborating for 5 years, and only in the first two years was everything fine. Now the situation has changed: the prices have skyrocketed, indifference has increased, and the rates have doubled. The customer support is simply terrible; they won't do anything for free, even though free modifications are included in the plans. The responses are rude, and they communicate harshly even on VK. No one monitors the quality of service, and everyone seems to not care about the customers. It is impossible to reach out for a solution to any problem in this company. We do not recommend wasting money on this organization, as the amount you would spend in a year could create an excellent website on another platform.
