A good payment system. I've been using it for three years now, transferring money to other people, receiving payouts, and withdrawing funds from various platforms. Transfers are made quickly and with quite acceptable fees. There's no point in nitpicking; first, find lower rates. To withdraw money to a card, you only need to pay 2.5% — that's really not much. It's convenient to store funds here and convert them into one currency. Initially, there are several accounts: besides the ruble account, there are also two currency accounts — in euros and dollars. Cryptocurrency accounts for working with bitcoins are also available. The payment system offers "everything included," as besides the card, you can withdraw money to many other services. However, the fees can vary, so it's worth choosing the most advantageous option. The wallet has different statuses: before identity verification, it is anonymous, and after sending your passport, it becomes verified. You can make it public so that other users can see it. All of this affects limits and possibilities, so I recommend sending your data. As for security, they are doing well; money is not withdrawn without reason, and it seems they haven't been hacked. An excellent choice for both storing funds and making transfers.

In Capitalist, I hardly see any downsides. The only thing that bothers me is the almost mandatory client identification. If you consider the payment system from the perspective of personal use, to fully access all methods of depositing and withdrawing funds, you need to go through verification. This is not very convenient and raises some concerns about sending my personal data to an unfamiliar payment system. However, so far the reliability is reassuring, and my data has not been compromised. Another significant downside is the withdrawal fees, especially for cards. The system supports various currencies, including not only RUB but also USD, EUR, and cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH. Internal transfers between users are free, and there is a built-in exchange service that allows currency conversion at a reasonable rate. Unlike less popular payment systems, Capitalist is well-known among affiliate programs, online stores, and other online services, which allows you to use the wallet for transactions with them.

I have been working with Kapitalist for a long time, and I have never been disappointed with the payment system. For me, it's the perfect way to receive payments from foreign clients in freelancing. They offer various payment methods, and I don't want to open wallets in PayPal or Payeer. They transfer money to my Kapitalist account, and I then withdraw it to the payment system I need. Usually, it's a card, but sometimes to Yandex.Money. The difference between them is 0.5%. If I don't have a YD card, it's better to withdraw directly to a regular bank card. The fee for the card is 2.5% for transfers over 800 rubles (if less, an additional 25 rubles is charged), while for YD it's 2%. When I got the card, it became a bit more profitable. But even with these percentages, the benefit is significantly higher than when I was converting through exchangers, which I did before. All internal transactions are free, and this is especially appreciated by clients who are also registered with Kapitalist. An undeniable advantage is the multi-currency wallet, including with bitcoins, and thanks to the registration address of the payment system, I am exempt from taxation. Although to access all the features, I had to go through verification and provide documents. I have never encountered problems with unexpected fees or losing money from my account. All transactions are processed quickly, both incoming and outgoing. All fees are known in advance, and I only need to receive the pre-calculated amount.

At first, everything was going well; I started using the service around January. The high transfer fees and noticeable exchange rates were bearable. But for about two months now, there have been constant difficulties with withdrawals to Russian cards; the situation is really bad. Many customers are facing this problem, and the support service suggests withdrawing funds through other methods like QIWI, Yandex.Money, and so on, which means having to pay multiple fees just to get the money onto a card.

I switched to Kapitalist a year ago and have never regretted that decision. In the app, there is the ability to transfer money between users without any fees, as well as to convert currency at a favorable rate, including cryptocurrency. Transfers to a bank card are easy, and verification is done by entering a code from an SMS. The fee for transferring to a plastic card is only 2.5%, which is significantly lower than other e-wallets. And for transfers to other e-wallets, the fee is even less.

The project seems to be on the verge of a scam... I entered my payment PIN code incorrectly three times, and my account was automatically locked. I contacted customer support and waited a whole 24 hours for a response! In the end, I was advised to reach out to one of their social media accounts. I noticed that most of their accounts have been deleted. I wrote to them on VK and Skype — those are the only contacts left, aside from their email. In the end, no one responded to any of those contacts. They were active on VK a week ago. I emailed them, and after half a day, I received a response saying my request was sent to the security department. It's been three days now, and I still haven't heard back from them. So far, the problem has remained unresolved for five days, and support responds at most once a day. The worst part is that I have many friends who have worked and continue to work with this platform. It was on their recommendation that I registered. When I told them about my situation, they were shocked. We concluded that the payment system will soon shut down. My money is in danger... My advice is to withdraw everything you have in your accounts by any means necessary.

***** complete, it's impossible to withdraw money. I strongly do not recommend this, it's a scam. The verification methods do not work, SMS does not arrive on the phone, regardless of the format of the number input, the password table does not load. I waited 72 hours for a response from customer support, but it turned out to be useless. It's not worth using this payment system, I really regret it. I couldn't withdraw the money, fortunately, the amount was small. Total disappointment.

A convenient payment system for international transactions. It is confidential, almost anonymous, and supports multiple currencies. There is an option to make transfers via SWIFT and SEPA. I often shop at online stores, and recently the ability to top up my account in bulk became available. The fees are displayed immediately when entering information, and I haven't had any issues with withdrawals; the wires arrive in a maximum of two days. I use an SMS code for payment confirmation, although my friends recommend choosing another method as there are four in total.

Everything is as anonymous as possible. Transfers generally go through quite quickly, within two days. The only downside is the lack of an app.

We are satisfied with the system. We have been using it since 2019. For us, offshore registration with Kapitalist is a significant advantage. Anonymity is very important to us. Overall, security is at a high level. It's nice that there is a multi-currency wallet. We mainly use cryptocurrency. We haven't had any issues with withdrawals so far. I wish the fees were lower, but it is what it is.
