They refuse to pay out commissions for attracted clients for any reason. I recommend being cautious and choosing other services to work with. Over several years, a decent amount has accumulated for withdrawal, and when I decided to get it, I was told that I have "partner" accounts (what this means is unclear), and they do not intend to pay anything. Meanwhile, all accounts have funds from clients.
