They position themselves as a MAILING service, but in reality, they delivered nothing, ignoring their promises on the website. I approached them with my email list of 60,000 addresses, of which 94% were clean, valid, and 100% working. After paying for the mailing, I received only 500 delivered emails out of 60,700. The remaining 60,000 ended up in spam! I contacted support to ask why this happened. The website states that you offer a MAILING service and have SPAM PROTECTION. I paid for the delivery of my emails, but it didn't happen. In response, I was told that I needed to "warm up" the domain and provide LOGS of user registrations confirming their consent to receive the mailing. They claimed that the mailing was completed and that the fact the emails went to spam was not their concern, even though this was not mentioned in the service's terms! I provided proof that my database is legitimate and that users agreed to the mailing, but they continue to insist that they fulfilled their obligations, and I should just accept it. In the end, I lost almost 6,000 rubles. Nothing was delivered, and they refuse to keep their promises. This is not a mailing service, but some kind of scam that does not take responsibility for its words and work, indistinguishable from a regular SMTP server.
