I paid for the "Business" plan for 5 years in 2016, but the site only worked for 2 years before it was blocked for non-payment. After a big scandal and threats to contact the consumer protection agency, I managed to get them to pay for the hosting. A year later, the situation repeated itself, and this year it's happening again. They do not respond to emails or calls; instead of the site, a message appears about the block and the need for payment. I had to pay for hosting again through webNames.ru. In the end, I lose money every year due to the site's inaccessibility for clients and its drop in ranking on Yandex. In short, an absolutely unscrupulous company.

I have been working with this platform for 6 years, and at first, everything seemed fine; I even remember they had an office in Moscow. But over time, it became clear that everything was not working as it should: it constantly freezes, opens with difficulty, and there are no visible improvements. I have a "business" plan, and the domain was supposed to be a gift; I never paid for it separately. I always paid for a year in advance, but each time I encountered a tricky scheme: I would receive an email with a discount promotion, but the price on the website was different. I had to prove that I was offered a promotion, and this was a constant problem.

Recently, I paid for the plan before the New Year, but no one warned me that due to changes, someone else had purchased my domain. The consultant said it needed to be paid for, but if I had been notified in advance, I would have done it. Now all my hard work over the years with the site has been in vain; advertisements all over Russia – all for nothing. The consultant in the chat responds with templates, and on the phone, they don't understand what's going on at all. They sold my domain name without warning, and that is very upsetting. I do not recommend this platform with its constant problems and shortcomings. I am deleting the site and do not regret the annual payment; let it stay with them. It's better to find a more user-friendly platform to know exactly what you are paying for.

The constructor is just terrible, but that's not the main issue. I can't understand how they linked my card during the first payment, even though I didn't give my consent and never link cards. Moreover, my paid account was set to auto-renew by default. I tried to switch to a free plan, but the system wouldn't allow it, claiming I had too many pages. Then I suddenly noticed that my card, which I had used for a one-time payment, was linked again. I deleted it and thought everything was fine. But a week later, I was charged for three months of the paid plan, and I received a notification by email. I logged into my account, and my card was linked again. Customer support said that this is how it should be and they have no intention of changing anything. Attempts to resolve this issue with them were futile. Conclusion: it's not worth registering and paying for services; this is just a terrible platform, there aren't even any pop-ups.
