Excellent service

At first, I used the free version, but to work fully, I had to switch to the plan for 300 rubles a month due to limitations. After that, many more products became available, and if necessary, the limit can be increased. The builder is simple and convenient, with everything needed for an online store: payment, product pages, promotions, and email. The store operates stably, and sales are going smoothly.

The constructor is free only in words, as the 10-product store with numerous limitations clearly shows that this is not a true free version. Therefore, I chose the "Business" plan for 300 rubles a month. Here, you can add up to 1000 products (although that’s still a lot for me, it’s worth noting that for a small additional fee, you can increase the number of products). All aspects, such as store support, service, and hosting, are fully handled by the company providing the constructor, and I have no complaints about their work – the store functions smoothly and without errors. The functionality is quite simple: creating the store is easy, there aren't many templates, but there is a system for accepting payments, email, product description pages, and the ability to run promotions and discounts. Overall, there’s nothing extraordinary here, but for a small online store just starting out, it’s more than enough. Products are selling, money is coming in, everything works as it should – what more do you need?

Nethouse is the fourth website builder I've decided to use for creating an online store, and it's here that I was able to realize all my initial ideas. When creating the site and adding functionality, there is a step-by-step guide – everything is explained and shown in great detail and is very accessible. I easily integrated the site with the warehouse service and set up online payments. The online consultant allows for quick communication with customers, and the feedback is almost instantaneous. The templates and designs offered were quite satisfactory; although sometimes the result was not exactly what I wanted, it was still close enough. For 300 rubles a month, it's really a great option. The domain is included, and email is set up. There is an option to connect SMS notifications, but it's not cheap – 2 rubles for each SMS, and such notifications can accumulate to several dozen a day, most of which are not significant. Creating the site is free, so you can try it out and only pay if you're satisfied – I really like this approach.

I immediately noticed that .ru domains cost only 50 rubles - I found out where to buy them =). As for the hosting, I expected to see something unique, but in reality, the service is no different from hundreds of others. There are no innovations, a standard CMS for online stores, and the functionality is practically identical to many others, there is no difference. Besides the low price and domains for 50 rubles, there is also a strange limitation on products, as 1000 products is really not much. Overall, everything feels quite cramped. However, the promotion section stands out, and the services there are not the cheapest. I don't really trust the kind of promotion offered by the hosting itself; it has always seemed strange and unusual to me. One can only guess about its effectiveness.

I didn't find this site right away. I tried to create an online store on Wix and Yookit, but it turned out to be quite difficult: something was always freezing, crashing, and it was unclear where to click. Then I discovered a competitor's site online and found out what platform it was made on — it was Nethouse. First, I created the site, sections, and filled in all the description fields, then I chose the cheapest plan and connected my domain, which I registered for 99 rubles. It's worth noting that without a paid plan, you can't connect a domain! The inexpensive plan for 299 rubles has one downside — a limit of 50 products in the catalog. This suited me for a few months, but then I needed to expand, so I switched to the plan for 499 rubles (paying for 3 months at once is cheaper), and in the end, with discounts, it costs about 5 thousand a year. In fact, this is not expensive, as prices on other platforms are higher. I'm also pleased that updates and new features from the developers are constantly being released.

Let me describe the main advantages of Nethouse: - a beginner can easily master the platform without programming knowledge, but you still need to understand computers and be able to find information in the Nethouse help section. I used it once when I didn't know how to connect the domain, and it turned out to be easy. - you can connect Yandex.Checkout and organize payments through the site, but for this, you need to be a sole proprietor. You can also install partner applications, such as LiveSite, and customers can pay for products directly in the chat on the site! - all SEO settings are easy to fill out for the site as a whole, as well as for each section and product. There are necessary fields for keywords and page descriptions. If you read a bit online about keywords and how to write descriptions correctly, filling everything out won't be difficult — the product card is very detailed, you can add parameters, stock, short and detailed descriptions, as well as an SEO tab and article numbers. All of this is done easily, nothing freezes, and there have been no failures at all! This is very important — you can customize absolutely everything! There are many settings: for the cart, article numbers, product numbering, text in the cart, and text in the email response to the order. There are many integrations with various services, discounts from partners, the ability to connect SMS notifications about order arrivals for 2 rubles per SMS, and also to order site promotion from Nethouse developers starting at 5 thousand.

In the end, there are some quirks, but they are easy to figure out. 499 rubles a month is not such a big price to edit texts and products on the site by yourself without paying anyone. The interface is very convenient and understandable, and for small online stores, this is the perfect option! My site is at the top of Yandex for key queries.

There is no way to call and resolve the issue that has arisen. We have sent emails but have not received a response; it's already been a week. The website is not functioning and has dropped out of search results because of this. There are periodic failures in the website's operation. Money is being deducted from the card without the owner's knowledge, even if the auto-renewal of the service is turned off. There is a constant siphoning of money and imposition of unnecessary paid services. You can find many paid articles and reviews about nethouse on the internet.

I do not recommend registering a domain with Nethouse domains. The price is low in the first year, but then it becomes high. Support is non-existent, and the attitude towards customers is terrible. To transfer your domain to another registrar, you either have to go to St. Petersburg or contact a notary. And even then, not everyone succeeds, as they simply stop responding and pretend they haven't seen any emails.
