I purchased the Ultra Elite subscription, they promised unlimited access, but everything keeps freezing. Nanna Banana doesn't work at all, and Veo often lags too. I wrote to support, but I only got a response after 2 days. They replied, "We're the biggest, what did you expect?" It's just awful. I submitted a request for a refund for the subscription, and I hope they won't scam me and will return my money (it looks like I'll have to wait for a response for another 2 days).

This is a complete disgrace! I am suffering while using this service. I bought it because of the unlimited Veo and Nano images, Sidrim. Veo constantly freezes, gives errors, and nothing can be done. In the support community, everyone says the problem is with the prompt and the image, misleading new customers. But those who have been with this *** for a long time know that the problem is not that. If you have experience working with networks, you will understand this. After my complaints, instead of help, I was blocked, and no one can prove anything. I recommend looking for alternatives right away because you won’t have unlimited access. If you have a lot of money, it’s not a problem, but I’m tight on finances, and I fell for this company! The support only talks about problems with Google and load issues, but I checked and realized that this is not true; other prompts work perfectly. I was advised to stay where everything functions properly. Terrible service and harassment!

I can't believe there's no "unsubscribe" button. Money is deducted every month, and in the end, I blocked my card and account, but even that didn't help—the deductions continue. To stop this situation, I need to write a statement for them to check how this scheme works. This isn't the first time I've encountered this—sellers of such services often use dishonest methods.
