This is one of the most popular "ready-made" systems for end-to-end analytics. In most projects I work on, custom systems are used, as they are developed individually for specific tasks and allow for more detailed statistics in the necessary aspects. If there is no such need, then with the right setup, Roistat can fully meet all data requests needed for analysis and decision-making. Data analysis is available, including ROI calculations for individual traffic channels, products, and managers. A variety of additional tools are also offered: lead catcher, online chat, call tracking, A/B testing, ad bid management, and virtual PBX. Drawbacks: — the prices are not the most affordable — it’s difficult to quickly figure it out on your own if you haven't studied the system before (it's better to order setup from Roistat specialists).

The analytics system is truly top-notch. I don't recommend it for beginner entrepreneurs with small turnovers. For everyone else, sooner or later, you'll have to choose between roistst and similar solutions. With good turnovers, it will help save significant amounts, so the program quickly justifies its costs. Integration and setup will take time, but it's worth it. We use the system in only one project, and we are satisfied with the results.

Roistat answers the question "Which advertising brings profit to our business and how effective is it?". The platform allows you to track website analytics, calls, emails, and SMM. The interface is quite complex, so it requires careful study. Unfortunately, many clients choose competitors due to the high cost of setup and the service itself. A free trial period of 14 days is available.

We used this service for side teasers on VK in 2016-2017. Following the instructions, Roistat inserted their tag into our UTM tags. Later, when side teasers were replaced with promo posts, this became irrelevant. At that time, we were told that "currently we do not work with promo posts." When clicking on links from the post, there is a redirect through an external page away.vk.com, and all tags from the link are removed. As a result, such a visit is counted by the system as a visit from the away.vk.com site. Currently, Roistat does not have the capability to work with these types of ads. We switched to another service, and now I don't even know if such a possibility has appeared.

The technical support is very responsive, always replies on time. They also helped with the integration, and the service itself works wonderfully; I've learned a lot about my business. We have been using this service for a long time, and it is really great, with good technical support and many features. However, many of the services are not fully developed. The bidder takes a long time to get information from Yandex and seems to work on an unclear algorithm or very inefficiently. We decided to purchase the bidder separately. The idea with the email is wonderful, but the constructor itself is very simple and inconvenient; if the functionality is so limited, it would be great to add the ability to insert your own HTML templates, and this applies to many additional modules.

I use Roistat to track which search campaigns generate calls, as well as to analyze the content of those calls. I connected it quite a while ago and am currently on an archival plan. Comparing it to other services, I can say that there are no analogs in terms of price and functionality. However, one of the drawbacks is that not all data is available in the interface, and to access much of it, you need to refer to the API, which requires hiring a programmer and incurs additional costs.
