I use Roistat to track which search campaigns generate calls, as well as to analyze the content of those calls. I connected it quite a while ago and am currently on an archival plan. Comparing it to other services, I can say that there are no analogs in terms of price and functionality. However, one of the drawbacks is that not all data is available in the interface, and to access much of it, you need to refer to the API, which requires hiring a programmer and incurs additional costs.
