One day, a manager from Roistat called me and offered to integrate 1C and our website with their service. He assured me that all analytics would be collected in one place, would be clear and visual, and most importantly — useful! I thought about it for a bit and, after reading reviews, started to doubt whether it was worth collaborating with them. However, they completed everything quite promptly and launched it. It's clear that they are customer-oriented, so it's possible to work with them.

The service definitely has good functionality, but its implementation leaves much to be desired. If you have several thousand keywords, you can forget about creating reports for them — everything is terribly slow, the browser often crashes the page, and a single page can consume over 3 gigabytes of RAM. Overall, I would recommend using it only for small projects with a data volume of no more than 2-3 thousand rows.

Great service, I've been using it for about two years. I really like the advanced statistics and analytics across all areas. It has essential features like lead capture, multi-channel analytics, A/B testing, and integrations with other services. However, I give it a lower rating due to two significant drawbacks: - the interface is not intuitive and is overloaded, often lagging; - the price is too high. Because of these issues, I am now forced to look for alternative solutions.

As a result of self-configuration, I was only able to improve traffic tracking quality by 15-20%, and this month the figure was just 5%. The site runs on standard WordPress + Bitrix24. For full analytics, it's necessary to transmit the Client ID, which is extracted from Cookies, but due to ad blockers and the refusal of cookies, about 30% of the traffic is already coming without it. The remaining 70% cannot be combined with Bitrix24, and I couldn't figure out the reason, as the support team did not respond. Moreover, the support does not provide free consultations on integration and directs any inquiries to the help section or offers paid services. I have been waiting for answers to the last two questions for almost two weeks. The paid services are marketed as free, but to get answers, you need to pay for another month of service in advance. In the end, we decided to switch to competitors, where after two days of setup, most of the traffic is identified, and call tracking works properly. Here, however, to get statistics on static numbers, you have to put in a lot of effort.

I chose the Basic plan, which is optimal for me in terms of price and features. The integration with Roistat was a bit nerve-wracking, but fortunately, thanks to the joint efforts and assistance of the manager, everything was successfully set up. The service works in the browser, and I also use the mobile app for iPhone. All processes are automated. The service collects data from all advertising channels in one place and analyzes it. Detailed information is available for each channel. There are many useful features, but their capabilities depend on the chosen plan.
