I have been using this service for over two years and I am very satisfied. During this time, many new features have been added, and the integrations have become more flexible. Previously, we used webhooks to get the leads we needed, but now we have switched to standard integrations, which turned out to be more convenient. The project is actively developing, which is great. The technical support works excellently, quickly resolving all arising issues. Setting up call tracking is simple, and there is good integration with Bitrix24, Yandex.Direct, and Google Ads. However, I have moved away from the built-in lead catcher widgets and now use Bitrix24 widgets — it's more convenient, but that's a matter of personal preference :)
