Advantages:

Timely production, right on the day.
Knowledgeable technologists who genuinely help with box design.
Print quality — colors are vibrant, and the ink doesn’t flake off during assembly.
We have been ordering packaging from the Pavlovo-Posad Corrugated Plant for over a year for our confectionery production line. Before this, we switched suppliers three times because the boxes would arrive crumpled or the sizes would vary by 2-3 millimeters, causing our sealing automation to constantly jam.
With PPGK, we have no such problems at all. Firstly, they have their own modern full-cycle production. We ordered a complex self-assembling design (archive boxes), and their design department revised our drawings for free to fit the die-cut stamp, reducing the cost per unit by almost 10% due to material savings.
Secondly, the raw materials. The cardboard is thick, smooth, and without waves. When palletizing, the high stacks do not bow, unlike with our previous contractor. The paint on the logo holds firmly — we do shrink wrapping directly over the box, and not once has the design smudged.
Special thanks to the sales department manager. The team is always available on WhatsApp. The last time we urgently needed a batch of trays in a non-standard size for an exhibition — they calculated it in an hour, prioritized it, and shipped it in three days. They stick to deadlines like clockwork.
If you need quality corrugated packaging in bulk without stress, defects, or deadline delays — feel free to reach out here. For a Russian manufacturer, the level of service is simply European. I highly recommend it!
