Powerful CRM platform, but there are performance issues.

We've been using Bitrix24 in our company for about a year. The platform is truly comprehensive: it has CRM, task management, storage, and chat all in one place. The Business plan offers enough features for medium-sized businesses. Task automation and funnels help us meet deadlines. On the downside, the platform can be sluggish and slow, especially during peak hours. Customer support sometimes takes a long time to respond, and the subscription price is quite high for small teams. The interface requires time to get used to, but once set up, it works efficiently. It's a good choice for medium-sized businesses, but be prepared for an adaptation period.

Since the module was released, it feels like it hasn't been updated. It fulfills its main task of quickly creating a website, but the result is not very neat, and further adjustments can be challenging. If you need a simple page without many modules, that's possible. The builder is free with a Bitrix24 subscription, and there is also a paid option or a site with an active license.

I can't say anything negative about this constructor. All its functions work flawlessly, and I have never had any complaints. There is an option for integration with CRM, but it's not mandatory. The built-in marketplace offers a variety of ready-made solutions. Registration is easy. The convenient and user-friendly dashboard interface makes working more comfortable.

This is a great option for those who don't plan to delve deeply into markup languages, making the process more convenient and accessible. With this program, you can create your own website using ready-made modules and templates, of which there are a huge number available in the store to suit any taste. After testing and fixing some minor issues, you can launch it.

An excellent tool for marketplace development. You can integrate a CRM system with the site, which allows for complete processing of potential client data. The admin control panel is convenient and functional. Additionally, it's worth noting the fast performance even with large volumes of data. I recommend it.

This is a website creation service, but there are some difficulties: 1) the loading speed of the site leaves much to be desired; 2) the number of available blocks is limited compared to other platforms. On the positive side: 1) automatic integration with Bitrix24, for example, the callback request form; 2) free use when purchasing a Bitrix24 plan. The service is still "raw," but it may be suitable for creating very simple websites.

About Bitrix24. I can only say one thing about the websites — it needs improvement! Although there are ready-made solutions and modules, they still don't work correctly. Often, I have to spend a lot of time refining certain elements because changes don't save properly: they save, but with incorrect parameters (color, font, size — not what I wanted). The Marketplace has appeared, where you can subscribe and purchase add-ons for creating stores, but even these add-ons function with errors. There is also the possibility to create your own design for blocks (similar to zero blocks at *********), but here too there are difficulties: when adding elements, they are placed chaotically instead of in the right spots. The only plus is the integration with CRM and the ability to work within one system, as well as compatibility with other Bitrix24 services. My rating is 2 out of 5!

The free builder allows you to create and host a website, even if you have no experience. The selection of templates is quite impressive. The interface is designed in a minimalist style and is intuitive. While you won't be able to create animations or anything like that, it's easy to integrate a widget from Bitrix24 to receive leads from the landing page. This is the main goal of the business.
