I have been using Ispserver's services for about three years. During this time, I have worked on dedicated servers in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as on various VDS. Currently, I am using a cloud VDS. Over the past week, I have seen a disheartening message in my dashboard for the third time: "Server failure on msk-vcld-master-197.ispsystem.net." The last time this happened was two days ago, and all resources were unavailable until the evening. I contacted technical support asking them to send an SMS with information about when the websites would be back up, as it was extremely important for me to print invoices for my online store by the end of the workday. However, no one informed me about the server's recovery, not even in the ticket, despite promises to respond. When I asked technical support why there was no information, they replied that "tickets are processed in the order they are received." And here we are again, the third server failure in a week, which is why I decided to write this review. I received a new message: "There are network issues in the data center, and they have been partially resolved. However, access problems in some directions are still possible." Now I will keep an eye on my websites while also considering switching hosts. I recommend that others think carefully before placing their resources on Ispserver.

While developing my online store, I spent a lot of time searching for a suitable platform for hosting. I needed to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, as well as assess the technical specifications of the hosting. I read numerous reviews and listened to recommendations from acquaintances. It was important for the online store to operate smoothly, as even a brief downtime could lead to financial losses. In the end, I settled on ISPServer. Although it didn't inspire much trust at the time, the reviews were quite positive, and I decided to give it a try. And indeed, it turned out to be a great fit for my high-load project. The unified DDoS protection system for servers was also very helpful. After several years of working with this service, I primarily note its stability. Interruptions and technical issues occurred very rarely (only once in two years). ISPServer is excellent for a serious information portal or store. I have no complaints about the speed of the projects. Combined with reasonable prices and additional interesting tools, I rate the service a four plus.

We have been using cloud hosting from ISPserver for over six months. For such a price, the hosting is simply amazing! Throughout the entire time, there hasn't been a single failure, and the websites function stably. The support is prompt and responsive. The interface is intuitive and convenient, and overall, I have no complaints. I moved all my websites here a long time ago and have never regretted it. ISPserver definitely deserves a solid five stars!

ISPserver is a reliable service that has been in the market for many years and cares about its reputation. However, it has its drawbacks. In particular, I would note the very short trial period – free hosting is only available for 5 days. Yes, all functionality according to the tariff is provided without restrictions. But in that time, it's difficult to fully assess the performance: how the system handles loads, what the actual uptime is, how often there are outages, and so on. At least two weeks are needed for that. Another downside is the long response time from customer support. Sometimes an urgent solution is required, but you have to wait half a day. I attribute this to their workload, but they could increase the number of operators. The quality of support, overall, is good; they help with all questions. Other than that, the service is great. Their main advantage is the control panel, ISP Manager. It is so convenient, reliable, and balanced that other providers have been buying the rights to use it for many years, both in Russia and abroad. Besides hosting, they offer dedicated servers that can be configured independently. Prices vary: there are affordable options (regular hosting) and expensive ones (VPS). Domains here are more expensive than on reg.ru – 300 rubles per year for .ru or .рф, while on reg.ru they cost 200 rubles. They also charge 500 rubles annually for the certificate. I only use hosting, as I declined the server due to high costs (I found a similar solution cheaper). I have no complaints about the hosting: it is affordable, convenient, and functional. I pay through WebMoney; it's best to pay for a year in advance to get a discount.

This provider has quite favorable rates, which allows for hosting small websites under good conditions without straining your budget. For example, I chose the cheapest plan, and with annual payment, it cost me only 88 rubles per month. It provides a disk space of 10 GB, while usually, for that price, you get a maximum of 5 GB. However, you can only host one website on this disk. But the most interesting part is that if you need more websites, the plan with a 30 GB disk and 5 websites is only twice as expensive. The pricing policy is indeed very friendly. As for the technical specifications, everything is at a high level: SSD disks and 1 GB of RAM. So, essentially, they are not much different from other providers, but they offer lower prices. Perhaps, for a large store, this is not the best option (in that case, you would have to rent a server, and the prices there are not as attractive), but for small websites, it’s just perfect. By the way, the traffic is unlimited – complete unlimited. Management is done through ISP Manager, and the hosting handles the loads well. I can't say how they protect against DDoS attacks since my site hasn't been attacked. Currently, the uptime is good; I haven't noticed any unexpected outages.

In three years of working with them, there hasn't been a single breakdown, and the connection is always stable. They notify you in advance about any technical work. The support team is competent, and they explain everything in a way that leaves you with no questions.

I switched to ispserver from another provider due to issues that arose from sanctions, and I had to urgently transfer my projects. The transfer process went smoothly, and I want to express my gratitude to the support team, which promptly answered all my questions. I also want to highlight the excellent flexibility of the provider. You can find a solution that meets your requirements instead of searching for a ready-made configuration. For example, they still offer combinations of SSD + HDD, but you can choose only SSD or switch to NVMe. In the end, I was able to find the optimal option for myself, paying only for what I really need. Everything works stably, with no failures at all.
