ISPserver is a reliable service that has been in the market for many years and cares about its reputation. However, it has its drawbacks. In particular, I would note the very short trial period – free hosting is only available for 5 days. Yes, all functionality according to the tariff is provided without restrictions. But in that time, it's difficult to fully assess the performance: how the system handles loads, what the actual uptime is, how often there are outages, and so on. At least two weeks are needed for that. Another downside is the long response time from customer support. Sometimes an urgent solution is required, but you have to wait half a day. I attribute this to their workload, but they could increase the number of operators. The quality of support, overall, is good; they help with all questions. Other than that, the service is great. Their main advantage is the control panel, ISP Manager. It is so convenient, reliable, and balanced that other providers have been buying the rights to use it for many years, both in Russia and abroad. Besides hosting, they offer dedicated servers that can be configured independently. Prices vary: there are affordable options (regular hosting) and expensive ones (VPS). Domains here are more expensive than on reg.ru – 300 rubles per year for .ru or .рф, while on reg.ru they cost 200 rubles. They also charge 500 rubles annually for the certificate. I only use hosting, as I declined the server due to high costs (I found a similar solution cheaper). I have no complaints about the hosting: it is affordable, convenient, and functional. I pay through WebMoney; it's best to pay for a year in advance to get a discount.
