I have been using Ispserver's services for about three years. During this time, I have worked on dedicated servers in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as on various VDS. Currently, I am using a cloud VDS. Over the past week, I have seen a disheartening message in my dashboard for the third time: "Server failure on msk-vcld-master-197.ispsystem.net." The last time this happened was two days ago, and all resources were unavailable until the evening. I contacted technical support asking them to send an SMS with information about when the websites would be back up, as it was extremely important for me to print invoices for my online store by the end of the workday. However, no one informed me about the server's recovery, not even in the ticket, despite promises to respond. When I asked technical support why there was no information, they replied that "tickets are processed in the order they are received." And here we are again, the third server failure in a week, which is why I decided to write this review. I received a new message: "There are network issues in the data center, and they have been partially resolved. However, access problems in some directions are still possible." Now I will keep an eye on my websites while also considering switching hosts. I recommend that others think carefully before placing their resources on Ispserver.
