I regularly exchange electronic money through FlashObmen. I've tried different directions: buying BTC for Yandex Money, selling ETH for Sberbank rubles, exchanging rubles from a card for dollars on Payeer, and much more. The fees are always low; it's really profitable to exchange here. The process is quick, although it takes a bit longer with cryptocurrency due to the need for confirmations from the network. With other currencies, the exchange happens instantly. All fees are known in advance. I pay the payment system fees myself, and they are displayed immediately. For example, an additional 2.1% is deducted from the card, 0.5% from Yandex Money, 1% from Sberbank, and so on. When exchanging, you need to have a little more funds. The minimum amounts are very reasonable—you can exchange from 500 rubles. However, there are restrictions on the minimum amounts for purchasing tokens. For BTC, it's 0.02 BTC. The last time I used the service, the minimum amount for buying tokens was 5,700 rubles. In fact, that's a small amount; there was a case when another exchanger requested a whole 0.08 BTC for a transfer. To sell my tokens, you need even less—only 0.005 BTC. I've never encountered any limits. If you're exchanging large amounts, the operation will most likely go through. There are no issues with reserves; this is one of the few exchangers that keeps whole tokens in reserve, not fractional parts. I am completely satisfied with the work of the exchanger.

Flash Exchange does not live up to its name at all. If you need a service for quick fiat to crypto exchanges, this option is not suitable. You have to wait 2-3 hours, while other exchanges handle the task in just a few minutes. They explain the delays by saying it's not their problem if the Bitcoin network takes a long time to confirm transactions. However, everyone knows that speed depends on the fee paid by the sender. It turns out that the exchange is just saving on fees, while I have to wait. With regular electronic money, there are no such problems; they have fixed percentages, and the process is instantaneous. For example, a transfer from Yandex Money to Qiwi costs about 2.5% for the service and 0.5% for Yandex Money's fee, so you end up losing 3% on the exchange. This is quite acceptable, and the transfer happens instantly. I see the notification of funds being credited, and the money immediately arrives in my wallet. The whole procedure takes just a few seconds, at most a minute. For such exchange directions, this method works perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ability to lock in the exchange rate when trading bitcoins. It freezes for a whole hour. Of course, the delay in confirmation might be our fault, but at least during that hour, I am protected from sharp fluctuations in the rate. At another exchange, I lost 1,500 rubles because of this, but here I managed to preserve my funds. I was able to complete all exchanges within the hour, as the network only requires one confirmation. Currently, I use the service from time to time. Sometimes the offered rates for the directions I need are not the most favorable. They also do not work with certain cryptocurrencies, such as DOGE and NEO. Mostly, I exchange BTC and ETH when the fees go down. Catching that moment is tricky, as it depends on the frequency of exchanges in those directions. If there are many users, the price goes up due to demand; if there are few, the price drops, and that’s when I jump in. I have no complaints about the service. The operators are reasonable; you just need to provide your wallet details and agree to the transfer. After receiving my funds, they immediately send the money to my accounts. This is a standard procedure for online exchanges, just like in any other exchange. Exchanging large amounts is beneficial, as discounts are offered when certain thresholds are reached.

The online currency exchange service is standard, with its pros and cons. It is convenient because it allows for quick transfers — you just need to submit a request and make a payment. Favorable rates are often offered, but it's better to use specialized websites that aggregate data from such converters to find them. Not many documents are required; only minimal information is needed to operate. With prolonged use, it is possible to receive discounts, but this requires exchanging significant amounts. The exchange directions are limited, mainly suitable for the most popular transfers involving cryptocurrency. Some well-known electronic payment systems are not supported, such as WebMoney, PayPal, Skrill, and others. Therefore, it cannot be called a universal converter.

Fraudsters who have invented numerous requirements for verification in order to change the exchange rate under the guise of fighting fraud. Their fight against fraud is actually pure fraud itself. I do not recommend using this service. Unfortunately, I wasted time with them and couldn't make an exchange at the market rate, and while I was figuring things out, the rate had already changed. Fraudsters and inadequates.

I contacted this service on Telegram. I made a trial transfer abroad, but the money did not reach the recipient. FlashObmen.com withheld 6,373 rubles and has not responded for several days. I don't know what else to do; maybe I should file a report with the police?

I transferred money to the account for a currency transfer, but the chosen bank did not have such a transfer. The bank employees explained that they have no requests or transfers from various websites. No one is getting back to me, and I was blocked in the general chat! After transferring the money, no one is responding in the chat.

No exchange, no money, and no one is responding. They disabled communication in the chat. There is no reaction at all. This is complete nonsense, not a company. I immediately received a message that money could be withdrawn from one of the exchanges within 2-3 hours. I transferred ****** to the card to exchange for dollars. But I received neither ****** nor any responses from them.

Electronic money exchanges are wonderful — fast and accurate. As for cryptocurrency, there are some questions regarding the time for fixing the rate. 60 minutes is quite a long time. The email support doesn't respond very actively. It can also be difficult to get through by phone. However, the chat option allows for quick problem resolution and communication with a real operator. If any disputes arise, it's better to write there right away. And yes, the exchange and technical support really do work around the clock, that is confirmed.

I often use this service because the exchange rate for KIWI here is significantly better (I've checked this multiple times). The exchange happens very quickly and automatically, even at night. The support service is friendly and responsive. Overall, everything is great, except for the minimum transaction amount. Sometimes I need to urgently withdraw 2-3 thousand, but this is impossible since the minimum withdrawal is 10,000 rubles.
