The fees are always low; it's really profitable to exchange here. The process is quick, although it takes a bit longer with cryptocurrency due to the need for confirmations from the network. With other currencies, the exchange happens instantly. All fees are known in advance. I pay the payment system fees myself, and they are displayed immediately. For example, an additional 2.1% is deducted from the card, 0.5% from Yandex Money, 1% from Sberbank, and so on. When exchanging, you need to have a little more funds. The minimum amounts are very reasonable—you can exchange from 500 rubles. However, there are restrictions on the minimum amounts for purchasing tokens. For BTC, it's 0.02 BTC. The last time I used the service, the minimum amount for buying tokens was 5,700 rubles. In fact, that's a small amount; there was a case when another exchanger requested a whole 0.08 BTC for a transfer. To sell my tokens, you need even less—only 0.005 BTC. I've never encountered any limits. If you're exchanging large amounts, the operation will most likely go through. There are no issues with reserves; this is one of the few exchangers that keeps whole tokens in reserve, not fractional parts. I am completely satisfied with the work of the exchanger.
