Currently, I use the service from time to time. Sometimes the offered rates for the directions I need are not the most favorable. They also do not work with certain cryptocurrencies, such as DOGE and NEO. Mostly, I exchange BTC and ETH when the fees go down. Catching that moment is tricky, as it depends on the frequency of exchanges in those directions. If there are many users, the price goes up due to demand; if there are few, the price drops, and that’s when I jump in. I have no complaints about the service. The operators are reasonable; you just need to provide your wallet details and agree to the transfer. After receiving my funds, they immediately send the money to my accounts. This is a standard procedure for online exchanges, just like in any other exchange. Exchanging large amounts is beneficial, as discounts are offered when certain thresholds are reached.
