After 30 minutes of silence, support replied that the item had already been sold. I immediately understood that they simply did not want to sell it to me at the stated price, so they made up an excuse. I asked a friend who lives near the store to go check if it was still on the shelf, and it turned out it was there and no one had bought it. I demanded that the consultant write down the date and time of the sale, and they noted the time when they were silent for 30 minutes (during that period). But please note that the item was still sitting on the shelf and no one had bought it.
