The customer support is just terrible. The attitude towards the customer is dismissive. I placed an order at 9:23 and got a call back at 15:25 (after 15 minutes?????) but I couldn't pick up the phone in time. At 15:26, my order was canceled. They clean up negative comments on the website, so everything looks fine there. I do not recommend it.
