The service is truly effective, as it eliminates not only clicks from fraudsters and competitors but also accidental clicks. In terms of its operation, it is practically no different from similar platforms (for example, ClickFraud): you need to install a js script on your site for traffic analysis, and then connect Yandex.Metrica and Yandex.Direct. All information is transmitted via API, allowing BotFaqtor to manage bids and prevent ads from being shown to unwanted users. Visitors are conditionally divided into three categories: bots, non-targeted, and targeted. The system generates reports on blocked users, where you can see keywords, UTM tags, and geolocation. Overall, I have no complaints about the blocked visitors. However, I have heard that some users report that BotFaqtor sometimes blocks normal traffic. Personally, I have not encountered this. I mainly use the service for Yandex.Direct, but it also offers solutions for Ads, anti-bot protection for websites, and banner protection.

I have been working in SEO and contextual advertising for 7 years. This summer, I faced the problem of a large number of bots on my clients' websites from search engines. We encountered the problem of invalid clicks in Yandex.Direct and reached out to Botfaqtor. For three months, they promised that the solution to the problem would happen any day now, tomorrow or the day after. We contacted the company for protection against bots. The manager helped us quickly set up protection for Yandex Direct; the process was simple and took no more than 10 minutes. Everything started working right away after the setup.
