I have been working in SEO and contextual advertising for 7 years. This summer, I faced the problem of a large number of bots on my clients' websites from search engines. After analyzing the situation, I realized that they were indeed bots, and I was looking for ways to solve this problem, as I didn't want to block them manually. I found the Botfactor service and connected it to two websites for testing. They were under protection for more than a month, and to my surprise, it really helped get rid of the bots. They also have protection against click fraud in Yandex Direct and Google Ads, which I activated as well, and the number of clicks significantly decreased. In the end, I have 12 websites under their protection — everything is working great.
