The minimum limits here are among the highest — for Qiwi, it's 30,000 rubles (that's the amount I exchanged), and for rubles via Sber, it's 20,000 rubles. However, it's worth noting that the exchange rate here is really good. In December 2021, I found the most favorable rate for the Qiwi-Sber direction. Keep in mind: if you use a MIR card, you will face an unpleasant additional fee that can ruin even a favorable exchange rate.
