In this place, you can really find an excellent exchange rate that even surpasses the best offers at top exchanges. However! Exchange is only possible with a significant amount. With small sums of 2-5-10 thousand rubles, there's nothing to do here. With 30 thousand, the rate becomes truly attractive. So gather more, and you can exchange confidently. No scams. The exchange process is quick and without delays. It's better not to risk using a MIR card, as it turns out to be extremely unprofitable.
