So far, nothing has been blocked. The prices are reasonable. However, the apps are weak.

BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH "ZADARMA"!!! THEY BLOCK ACCOUNTS AND PREVIOUSLY PAID SERVICES WITHOUT EXPLAINING THE REASONS!!!

I have been using the services of IP Telecom Bulgaria LTD (project zadarma.com) since 2010 to receive calls from relatives in Ukraine. Moreover, I have brought at least 6 clients to the company who are still using their services.

On October 31, 2016, I registered account 565223 to work in Ukraine and Russia. I provided my passport details and registered phone numbers. No illegal activities were conducted with these phones, yet on December 23, 2018, my account was blocked without explanation, and since then I have been unable to use the previously paid services:

1. I cannot call the purchased numbers;

2. I cannot make calls from my account – as I cannot top up my balance;

3. One of my numbers will be removed from the list soon – I cannot renew it.

Communication with customer support over 5 days has yielded no results.

Be cautious when dealing with this organization!!!

We used it for about a year without any problems. Overall, everything was satisfactory (more or less). But then, suddenly, the connection to the server became impossible. Neither the provider, nor the software, nor the settings changed. There was a long correspondence with support, which boiled down to "everything is fine on our end, the problem is with you." A well-known argument when they can't solve the problem but need to respond with something. In the end, they didn't solve the problem. Is it worth mentioning that having a non-working number during the peak sales season is a disaster? Or changing the number that regular customers have already memorized? In summary - zadarma.com is the worst solution for business.
