There are options in terms of tariffs, but I won't recommend anyone, as it all depends on the size of the team and specific needs. We use the "office" tariff, we have a small team, and the monthly subscription fee does not exceed 2,000, the minutes are sufficient, especially considering the per-second billing for outgoing calls.

We have been using this service for about three years, and we would have left a long time ago if it weren't for the difficulty of advertising a new virtual number. From the negative points, I can highlight: 1. The numbers listed on the website constantly do not work. They function, but if you express dissatisfaction, they simply block your number and do not answer calls. 2. Customer service is at a "0" level — if you don't pay on time, they immediately disconnect you without considering the situation. Moreover, there is no automation for processing payments! Everything is done manually. 3. In case of an emergency, they simply turn off their phones to avoid receiving calls, and when everything is fixed, they are surprised and say, "It can't be!" 4. The managers can't resolve anything, especially one of them who behaves extremely rudely and hangs up the phone.
