I am a brow artist, and choosing the best henna is a sacred duty! I have tried different types of henna on myself, made mistakes, and finally found it! Brow henna is the henna that will color your brows for a long time. It can be both graphic and more natural. Ingredients: Extract of leaves from the non-spiny Lawsonia from Egypt, Africa, Australia, extract of leaves from Iranian indigofera, extract of cocoa tree leaves, diaminophenoxyethanol. The effect after coloring with Brow henna is simply stunning. The color is rich and deep, just as I wanted, without any redness, and it lasts a long time—at least two weeks. A 10 ml pack lasts a very long time; I even shared some with my friends. Now I only use this henna.

I am a beginner brow artist, just learning how to shape eyebrows. During my training, I decided that I would dye eyebrows with henna, as dyes damage the hair, while henna actually strengthens it. I can't afford expensive henna for eyebrows yet—I’m just building my client base and giving half of my earnings to the salon owner for rent. I searched for henna that was optimal in price and quality for a long time, to ensure it would color well and last long. I accidentally saw an ad for a new product, Z-BROW HENNA, and decided to buy it. A 6 g packet costs about 450 rubles, which is much cheaper than well-known brands, although there’s actually more content in the packet.

I immediately liked the consistency of the powder itself—it looks very natural and smells like herbs with a hint of bitterness. I appreciated that there are shade options for all color types. There’s even henna called BLONDE for blondes, although I didn't dare to take that shade yet and settled on the basic brown, BROWN. The instructions say that for the best results, it's good to degrease the eyebrows before dyeing. I degreased the client’s brows with regular toner. The Z-BROW line has its own degreaser, but buying the whole line is too expensive for me right now.

The henna mixes quickly with regular slightly warm water. There are no lumps, and the consistency of the prepared mixture is similar to cream. I started applying it to the brows with a cotton swab. The henna doesn’t run, stays within the outline, and dries quite quickly. We applied 2 layers and left it on for 30 minutes, then rinsed it off. The color turned out dense and rich, almost velvety. The client had thin eyebrows, but they looked thick afterward, creating a beautiful tattoo effect. We really liked that. The only downside was that the saturation could have been a bit more intense. But that’s my fault—I should have applied 3 layers instead of 2 and left the henna on for about 45 minutes. I will experiment. I advised the client not to wash her face for at least a day after dyeing: we were taught in the master class that this helps the henna set.

And now for another little pleasure. I calculated that the dyeing procedure cost me only 12 rubles—very little henna was actually used. For my services, as a beginner master, I charge 500 rubles, so you can see the profit for yourself. As for the downsides, I’ll note the packaging. It looks unusual, like a zip-lock bag that needs to be placed inside another. I haven’t gotten used to the packaging yet, but I will try. To sum it up, I recommend Z-BROW HENNA to all beginner masters: it’s convenient for learning and not at all costly.
