I want to share my experience of taking the course at the Wildberries Academy. To put it briefly, the training turned out to be quite productive. Here are a few facts: — I started studying on August 10, 2022, with no prior knowledge, — on September 22, I launched my store on the Wildberries marketplace, following the instructions I received in the course, — on September 26, I made my first long-awaited sale. I'm writing this review on October 11, and at the moment, my store has already made over 100 sales. I took all the steps to achieve this result on my own, and the course really helped me thanks to the solid foundation of knowledge it provides. Will the training help you? That depends only on you. This course is taught by experienced instructors who have themselves gone from knowing nothing about marketplaces to becoming successful entrepreneurs with an income of over 1 million rubles a month. I decided to master the profession of marketplace manager, and the course provided me with detailed information about the specifics of Wildberries, as well as how to properly fill out product listings and much more. I do not recommend purchasing courses from dubious individuals who vividly talk about their experiences, about how they escaped poverty and started earning 60 million a year, while their net revenue is only 1 million a month. It's better to stay away from such people. I am just a simple seller on WB and wanted to quickly and effectively master the platform. I didn't turn to unknown people on the internet; instead, I found the WB Academy. Everything was clear here: I paid for real knowledge from a legitimate company with professionals. The training was quick, and the support was top-notch! Although I haven't started earning 1 million rubles, I significantly improved my skills in positioning products on the marketplace.

I'll start with some nuances - there aren't many, but they are worth mentioning. First, sometimes the site, although rarely, can be a bit slow. Second, I would like to have in-person classes. Yes, I understand that the online format is convenient (there may be offline options, I just don't know about them), but still. Now, here are the advantages in list form: - Convenient learning format. First, you choose what exactly you need (what role you play in the marketplace, in my case - a beginner entrepreneur, although it's hard to call it that yet :)). Then you determine how the classes will proceed - either independently using the provided materials or with an expert. Honestly, I recommend the second option. I initially tried it on my own - and a lot of questions came up; it's easier to start with an expert right away. In my case, it was ***, who consulted at every stage - explaining what to do and how, and a big plus is that you consider your specific situation. But since I had nothing but a startup, we relied on popular options and what brings in more profit; - The material itself. Everything is thoroughly covered - from major topics like "what is currently relevant and in demand among buyers" to filling out product listings. The classes are roughly split in half, the first part covers more important topics, while the second focuses on technical aspects. Overall, I am satisfied with the training. The attitude is reasonable, and these are not the classic info scammers. There is a lot to learn.

The course turned out to be a complete failure. I was shocked by the total incompetence of the instructors and the lack of any feedback. All the information was outdated. There are no fresh updates on the marketplace. And most importantly: there is no certificate! It's impossible to contact this organization. The money was wasted! For this price, you can find higher quality courses that not only provide a certificate but also all the necessary contacts for a successful start in the marketplace (suppliers, intermediaries, photographers, accountants, etc.). I do not recommend studying with this company.

I had never thought about selling on marketplaces before; it seemed too complicated. However, everything happened spontaneously and quickly. I looked through various courses with different price ranges and chose this Academy, selecting a course with a mentor in September. As a bonus, they sent me a video on sales training for Ozon, but honestly, I haven't watched it yet. I can say that everything is very accessible and clear, and my mentor Tamara was always available, for which I am immensely grateful for her detailed and accurate answers, as well as her support. I would also note that many members of the Academy team are very responsive! During the training process, we decided to start selling on WB right away, and the support from the team has been and remains at 100%. Of course, there were some difficulties and shortcomings that we will correct along the way, but in the end, we launched on WB now, in December! I am sincerely grateful to the entire Valdberis Academy team and especially to my mentor Tamara, as a newcomer in this field. I congratulate everyone on the upcoming New Year! I wish prosperity, success in development, and many grateful, and then successful students! I definitely recommend this Academy - the training is accessible and detailed, but further success in sales depends only on you, on your desire and persistence! The courses cost 24,990 rubles for the Premium package. They sent me lessons, each accompanied by a brief description. They explain how to open an account, withdraw money, and set a discount. All this information is available publicly. I didn't bother studying the lessons and requested a refund. For three days, they didn't respond to my messages on WhatsApp at all. I wrote on Telegram and to two email addresses, and only after that did I get a response. They sent me excerpts from the public offer agreement, which states that the money is non-refundable. However, this agreement is not available publicly, and they can send anything. Communication is only through WhatsApp and Telegram. The website lists two email addresses and buttons for contact: WhatsApp, VKontakte, and Telegram, as well as a feedback form. The phone number from which they respond on WhatsApp is blocked. I read reviews from other users, and many note that the information in the courses is outdated.

All the information is hard to get from the curator (she is completely incompetent, either doesn’t know or doesn’t share knowledge), explains very superficially, and nothing is clear about what to do next! It seems like the curator never went to school herself; her name is ***, and if you’re lucky with her, consider your money thrown to the wind! Last week she promised to explain everything about advertising, today I wrote to her asking when we can meet, and she responds - it's been 1.5 months of training, now it’s only for an additional fee... I feel like cursing... In general, I absolutely do not recommend this nightmare! It’s better to pay more and get quality education!
