I wrote on Telegram and to two email addresses, and only after that did I get a response. They sent me excerpts from the public offer agreement, which states that the money is non-refundable. However, this agreement is not available publicly, and they can send anything. Communication is only through WhatsApp and Telegram. The website lists two email addresses and buttons for contact: WhatsApp, VKontakte, and Telegram, as well as a feedback form. The phone number from which they respond on WhatsApp is blocked. I read reviews from other users, and many note that the information in the courses is outdated.
