There are no forced services, unlike another registrar with "*****" in the name. The attitude towards partners here is respectful and proper, unlike the aforementioned registrar. I spent the whole day trying to make a payment through Yoomoney, but I couldn't. In the end, I had to use Assist. I'm glad it exists; otherwise, I would have wasted the entire day on unsuccessful attempts to pay, getting the same error over and over. I tried from different devices, but it was all in vain.

I have been using this company's services since 2013. The support team really helps; they assisted me in setting up hosting and updating the WP version. I run an online store here and manage several domains for friends and neighbors. For my needs, I have no complaints about the service. However, a month ago, my domain rental period expired, and the auto-renewal didn't work, so I couldn't make a payment. When I reached out to support, no one responded—either they haven't recovered from the New Year holidays, or they have mobilized all the competent staff. It's possible that everyone just left the country due to mobilization, which explains the delays in responding to requests. Overall, this is a typical Russian service; it wasn't like this before, and now it is again. P.S. The domain delegation period expired, but fortunately, my store isn't very popular, and no one was interested in the domain, so I just bought it back... I still haven't received a response from support. Draw your conclusions... Trust, but verify. Harsh Russian IT specialists working remotely. The interface is simple and convenient, which is very important. My website successfully operated for a year on this company's domain, everything was great. The only downside is the sharp price increase by 8-10 times. Last year, I paid around 300 rubles (I don't remember the exact amount) along with hosting, and this year it amounts to 2600 rubles. But overall, it's a reliable and proven service.
