I have been using this company's services since 2013. The support team really helps; they assisted me in setting up hosting and updating the WP version. I run an online store here and manage several domains for friends and neighbors. For my needs, I have no complaints about the service. However, a month ago, my domain rental period expired, and the auto-renewal didn't work, so I couldn't make a payment. When I reached out to support, no one responded—either they haven't recovered from the New Year holidays, or they have mobilized all the competent staff. It's possible that everyone just left the country due to mobilization, which explains the delays in responding to requests. Overall, this is a typical Russian service; it wasn't like this before, and now it is again. P.S. The domain delegation period expired, but fortunately, my store isn't very popular, and no one was interested in the domain, so I just bought it back...
