I am extremely disappointed with the service of Wazzup24. The automatic renewal of my subscription happened without my consent, and despite not using the service, I was denied a refund, citing their offer. I understand that auto-renewal is important for business, but the customer should have the ability to control their payments and get a refund for unused services. It also turned out that removing card information from my account is not an easy task, as there is no information on how to do it. The opaque terms and lack of willingness to help the customer leave an extremely negative impression.

The service regularly experiences disruptions: contacts and clients disappear, messages are sent inconsistently. I constantly have to reach out to support to find out where the requests have gone and why there’s no access to the conversations. Sometimes the app can be non-functional for entire days, and during that time, clients are lost, which cannot be recovered since all dialogues are only accessible through the Wazzup24 interface. If the integration doesn’t work correctly, it becomes a real disaster. Moreover, they charge a huge amount for a service that absolutely does not justify its price. Since November 1, communication with clients via WhatsApp Business has become free (except for sending the first messages using templates), but Wazzup24 has not taken this into account and continues to charge as if nothing has changed. Other services already offer this feature for free, and connecting to WhatsApp Business takes only 5 minutes without any issues, unlike the chaos observed here. They try to present their technology as complex, but in reality, it’s just a mess. They also refuse to issue refunds, so if you pay for this service in advance, you’ll find yourself in a difficult situation. P.S. The subscription to WABA with their competitors is also free, so there’s no reason to use Wazzup24.

If you are trying to use WhatsApp through this service, it is absolutely pointless, a waste of money and time. There are constant disconnections. If this happens and you decide to reconnect, you will spend half a day on it. Support will keep updating the QR code, but that won't solve the problem. After several hours of trying to scan the code, it might work, but it's unclear what it depends on — support cannot provide a reasonable answer to this question. Fortunately, we didn't buy a one-year subscription for 18,000, as their manager suggested, and only lost 4,900 by purchasing a 3-month plan.
