I am extremely disappointed with the service of Wazzup24. The automatic renewal of my subscription happened without my consent, and despite not using the service, I was denied a refund, citing their offer. I understand that auto-renewal is important for business, but the customer should have the ability to control their payments and get a refund for unused services. It also turned out that removing card information from my account is not an easy task, as there is no information on how to do it. The opaque terms and lack of willingness to help the customer leave an extremely negative impression.
