The service regularly experiences disruptions: contacts and clients disappear, messages are sent inconsistently. I constantly have to reach out to support to find out where the requests have gone and why there’s no access to the conversations. Sometimes the app can be non-functional for entire days, and during that time, clients are lost, which cannot be recovered since all dialogues are only accessible through the Wazzup24 interface. If the integration doesn’t work correctly, it becomes a real disaster. Moreover, they charge a huge amount for a service that absolutely does not justify its price. Since November 1, communication with clients via WhatsApp Business has become free (except for sending the first messages using templates), but Wazzup24 has not taken this into account and continues to charge as if nothing has changed. Other services already offer this feature for free, and connecting to WhatsApp Business takes only 5 minutes without any issues, unlike the chaos observed here. They try to present their technology as complex, but in reality, it’s just a mess. They also refuse to issue refunds, so if you pay for this service in advance, you’ll find yourself in a difficult situation. P.S. The subscription to WABA with their competitors is also free, so there’s no reason to use Wazzup24.
