About a week later, a friendly manager named Evgeny (0663481888) called me and informed me that the phone was available for sale. Since "Nova Poshta" was temporarily not accepting cash payments, he asked for a prepayment (Transfer to Golub Dmitry Alexandrovich) and promised to add a case to my order. I transferred the money. And finally, oh miracle, courier Ivan Fedorov (099395991) provides the tracking number. Upon inspecting the package, in the presence of "Nova Poshta" employees, I found an empty used case from a completely different model with a broken screen; there was no battery or internal parts in it! The package was neatly sealed, with no signs of tampering or damage. The barcode matched the shipment. The so-called IMEI on the box explained everything. When sending, the courier indicated the contents as a mobile phone with a cracked screen! That is, what they sent is what I received. Negotiations with the managers led to nothing.
