We run an online clothing store and have been using Unisender for over a year now. Overall, we are satisfied. Previously, we only sent emails, but now we have also added SMS for abandoned carts. Setting up omnichannel communication was quite simple, and the instructions on the website are clear. However, there was one unpleasant moment at the beginning. We tried to upload an old customer database that we had collected three years ago. Unisender's moderation simply rejected it, saying that we couldn't confirm the consent of the people for the mailing. We had to communicate with support and explain where our contacts came from. It took a little time. On the other hand, this shows that they care about the reputation of their servers.

Not a very good service. They often block addresses. I paid, created a company, sent it, and went away on business. The next day I check how the company is doing. Damn, they blocked it. They are twisting my arm with my own money. I write that the addresses were collected by phone calls, and they say prove it, damn it. Why do I need such hassle for my money? I think you don't need it either.
