Tenderplan — Tender Search System

Tenderplan is easy to use for finding tenders. Everything is intuitive and quick. I recommend it. The "Analytics" section impressed me greatly. I didn't check clients before, but now I carefully study them before making a decision. It's convenient. I like that everything can be done independently: you set the filters and choose. If there are any difficulties with setting up the search, the managers are always ready to help. That's a huge plus for them.

We started using the system in September. At first, it seemed that the search was conducted based on some strange principle using "keys." However, after communicating with support, where a young man explained everything in detail: what, how, and why, we gained a better understanding. We use the program not only for searching tenders but also as a full-fledged business service. We plan to continue our collaboration; everything is still at the highest level. I have been using this service since 2016. The team is constantly improving. The number of added users is unlimited (unlike others, where they charge extra for this). In terms of price and capabilities, I haven't found anything better, even though I've tried several. If you have a company, there are many alternatives available. If you need a lot of users, there's no point in overpaying others. It's convenient and inexpensive.

The system is not the easiest for beginners, but once you figure it out, it brings a lot of benefits. So far, we haven't found anything more convenient and useful. We've been using it for several months now, and our work has noticeably become easier. There are many features, and the responsive manager quickly resolves all issues. At first, it was difficult to figure things out, but thanks to the help of the managers, we gradually got the hang of it. Currently, the whole team is working in Tenderplan, and a big plus is that there’s no extra charge for each user. We manage all our work in the built-in calendar, just like before, and now we’re using our CRM through the API, which is very convenient. Previously, we didn’t pay attention to analytics at all, but now we don’t take on a tender without it. The only inconvenience is that tech support isn’t available 24/7, but overall, the system is very good.

There were some difficulties, but the instructions in the personal account helped, and the manager additionally clarified some points, and we understood everything. Compared to other services, 14 days is more than enough (we tried on ******* and *******, where there are only 1-3 days, and we didn't have time to set up the tenders before access was closed). Now we are in the final stage and are considering the possibility of purchasing the annual plan, as it offers 2 additional applications for working with a lawyer, and we will likely take advantage of this opportunity.
