Tenderplan — Tender Search System

We started using Tenderplan only about 3-4 months ago. Previously, we searched for information on the procurement website ourselves. After manual searching, the experience is completely different – it's like night and day. Now, there are no more nerves and headaches. I find a tender, mark it, assign a responsible person, and add it to the calendar. My workflow is organized exactly like that. Now, no tender will slip through the cracks. The convenience is top-notch.

Good day everyone! I hope my review will be helpful to someone in choosing a program for finding tenders. For eight months of using TenderPlan, I can only speak positively about it. A big role in this has been played by the hotline staff, who often helped me when I didn't know where to click and what to write)) Speaking of the program itself, it perfectly combines price, quality, and convenience. I often conduct an analysis of the manually selected tenders, which I mark with a color label — the report is generated based on this label.

I have been working with the system for quite a while. Overall, I am satisfied with Tenderplan, but there is one "but"! In the last month, several updates have been released, and there is still no mobile app! I hope the developers will release it soon, and I will stop bothering my manager with these questions. I like the program as a tender search engine, but the lack of an app is really disappointing. Because of this, I am lowering my rating.

Tenderplan has never missed any tenders that were important to us, and overall, it hasn't disappointed. We'll see how it performs in the future. For now, I'm satisfied with everything. The analytics cover all the necessary metrics, and I can export it to Excel after selecting the required data. I liked that there is now a tablet version, which allows me to access Tenderplan from home. It's inconvenient to do this from my phone.

The system did not leave the impression I was expecting. Yes, it's clear that the team is making efforts and working on improvements, but for me, this level is still not enough. I want more platforms and expanded functionality. It would be convenient if I could pay for the extension of access on the website with a card, without the need for an invoice. This would be convenient not just for me. Access expires in 4 months, and I will be considering the extension. For now, I can't give a definite answer.

The information and setup instructions are presented very clearly. As an ordinary user, I had no trouble figuring it out. The managers work quickly and professionally. The program is significantly cheaper than competitors; I specifically compared them, initially thinking I had overpaid :) However, the price is completely justified. The program continues to impress and delight with its high speed of operation.

Throughout the entire testing period, the system functioned smoothly, didn't miss any tenders, and performed exceptionally well. I enjoyed searching for tenders and compiling reports. I worked for just two weeks in test mode and didn't even notice how quickly the time flew by. Now I plan to extend my subscription; I see no reason to look for another aggregator. Excellent customer support (it's a pity it doesn't operate 24/7). They are always ready to help and explain. Everything is great!
