At first, it was difficult to figure things out, but thanks to the help of the managers, we gradually got the hang of it. Currently, the whole team is working in Tenderplan, and a big plus is that there’s no extra charge for each user. We manage all our work in the built-in calendar, just like before, and now we’re using our CRM through the API, which is very convenient. Previously, we didn’t pay attention to analytics at all, but now we don’t take on a tender without it. The only inconvenience is that tech support isn’t available 24/7, but overall, the system is very good.
