The program is overall good, all updates come on time, and the search function is quite convenient, allowing us to find even what clients tried to hide. The training material was very helpful when we first got acquainted with the site. The pricing and the length of the free trial period were pleasantly surprising - a whole 2 weeks! During this time, we managed to adapt to the service and didn't even consider other options. The only downside is the lack of a mobile version. This is really necessary, as there are often situations where we need to quickly check something while away from the computer. We hope you will release a mobile version soon.

We purchased Tenderplan for analytics, and it turned out to be an excellent investment! There is so much valuable information for developing strategies and selecting clients that it's overwhelming. We even use many of the data in our articles, as you can't find anything like it anywhere else. Now we are 100% sure about which clients to work with and which ones to avoid. The entire history is available in the analytics, which helps avoid potential problems. However, we really miss a mobile version; it is truly necessary, and then there would be no competition. 4 out of 5, guys! There is always room for improvement, and we wish you continued success!

I stumbled upon this program online and tested it for two weeks. During this time, I was able to form my impressions, which I want to share. Pros: The interface is very convenient and intuitive. Setting up the keys was easy, as they provided instructions right at registration. The reasonable price is also a plus; the product is worth the money. Cons: Personally, I miss reminder notifications about the start of the tender (for example, "30 minutes until the tender starts"). Additionally, there is no mobile app, and a laptop is not always at hand. We are currently testing another system and will make a final decision soon.

I want to share a detailed review of the program; it might be useful to someone. I'll start with the pros: 1) Low price! In 2019, the cost of annual access was 24,000 rubles, which is quite acceptable compared to other solutions. Additionally, there is an option to test the program for a month or two for a lower amount. 2) When selecting a tender, there is the option to download documentation, access the original source of the order, and check the customer's analytics (you can evaluate current, completed, and conflicting tenders). There is also the possibility to export the tender to PDF and analyze the customer in Excel. 3) Excellent customer support. Right after registration, we were assigned a manager who is always ready to help. She often sets up keys for us since we are not quite familiar with this issue. 4) You can add an unlimited number of employees. This was a decisive factor for us, as other programs required an additional payment of 10,000 rubles for each user (seriously?). 5) Access to the program is possible both through the installed application and the web version. We preferred to install the program since we often have many tabs open in the browser, which is not always convenient. Now for the cons: 1) Support only works during business hours. On weekends, you can't reach the manager by phone or message... 2) I encountered "false notifications." This is a rare bug, but I can't help but mention it. We log into Tenderplan, and new notifications appear in the left feed. I go to the tenders with changes, but there are none. I mean, no changes. I reported it to support, and they promised to fix it. I'm waiting. 3) There is no mobile version of the application. You can only work from a computer, which makes me dependent on my workplace. In conclusion, I want to say that every system has its pros and cons. In my opinion, there are no perfect programs. It’s important to determine which pros are most significant for you and which cons you are willing to tolerate. We paid for six months and are simultaneously trying out other programs in our free time. So far, we haven't found a system with the same price-quality ratio.

During the trial period, I evaluated the system and concluded that it is probably more suitable for those interested in commercial procurement. Government tenders can also be found on the EIS if you have the time. I don't see the point in purchasing the program just for searching. It is indeed useful for analyzing competitors who are also looking for tenders. From a subjective standpoint, I liked the interface and the list of electronic platforms where the most sought-after ones are gathered. Additionally, the system allows you to view the tender documentation, although sometimes the section can freeze.

The program always quickly finds tenders and rarely freezes. Sometimes the documentation for the procurement takes a long time to open, but that's not critical. We learned about the program a year and a half ago. During this time, the number of orders has increased, as we spend less time searching. As a result, our profit has also grown. We believe that investing in the program was a good decision. In the future, we plan to renew our access again. I recommend paying attention to this program if you want to reduce your search time without paying too much.

The company has well-trained staff. They are always ready to answer our questions and provide assistance. They never leave us alone with our problems. Questions arise often since we are still getting used to the new program. We previously used a similar one, but the price was inflated, so we decided to switch systems. The program is very pleasing; it has already helped us find the necessary tenders multiple times. Customer analysis, EGRUL, and complete analytics are what we use constantly. The interface is impressive. We intend to continue our collaboration.

When I moved to the procurement department, I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of a streamlined workflow. The employees were used to relying on the EIS, which takes up a lot of time. Often, the website simply stops functioning, and we lose tenders. I decided to take control of the situation and found Tenderplan. I tested it myself, gave my colleagues a chance to try it, and we realized that it was worth extending access. Now we don't have the problems with searching that we had before. The program works independently of the EIS website and continues to find procurements. It's very convenient that you can assign someone responsible for the tender.

The system is really interesting, the search is quick, and the analytics are top-notch. However, it was important for me to have a mobile app and the ability to access the system at any time. I also needed integration with CRM. I regularly called my manager, but she told me that this is still in development. Not waiting for the promised updates, I decided to leave. If these features are added in the future, I might come back. For now, I give the tender plan 3 stars!

He was always very polite and never left me in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I no longer work at the company where I was in procurement. At my new job, I will definitely recommend it, as the system is truly convenient and significantly simplified my work process.
