After the campaign ended, we had 27,000 rubles left in our account, which we planned to use for future projects. But a few months later, the service began regularly deducting 3,000 rubles for "inactivity," even though we hadn't sent a single message.

We faced several issues. First, unpredictable expenses: over 9 months, the service drained the entire amount (27,000 ₽), disrupting our financial planning. The funds set aside for new campaigns were lost. Additionally, the lack of notifications about deductions (SMS, email) led to delays in launching new projects — we had to redistribute the budget in a hurry.

Secondly, there are risks to our reputation: if the deductions had affected ongoing campaigns, it could have halted the mailings and led to a loss of clients. And finally, the cynical SMS with a balance of 50 ₽ called the professionalism of the service into question. As a marketing director, I cannot recommend a partner with such an attitude.

The hidden terms also raise concerns: the clause about "inactivity fees" was written in fine print in the contract, which does not align with principles of transparency. In marketing, where every penny must be justified, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Conclusions for the professional community: SMS Aero is an unreliable tool for business. Using this service is associated with risks of unplanned expenses and campaign disruptions. Recommendations: before connecting, demand a full audit of rates and deduction terms, withdraw remaining funds immediately after campaigns, and implement real-time balance monitoring tools to avoid hidden deductions.

I doubt the advisability of working with SMS Aero. The service shows disregard for business needs and turns partnership into a scheme for additional payments. For companies that value transparency and control over their budget, this is absolutely unacceptable. Colleagues, be sure to check contracts with contractors — it can save you from serious losses. Trust in marketing tools should be based on honest terms.
