I can't say anything about the work of the website smartresponder.ru, but I definitely know that they are involved in domain fraud. They steal other people's domains to promote their dubious pages, for example, http://smatresponder.ru/avitobank/. I'm attaching a screenshot for confirmation.
At first, I used smartresponder.ru and it was nothing but a scam! Now I use StandartSend, and it’s just a find! The convenience is top-notch, incomparable to any other service! First of all, there’s no need to confirm the database here. Secondly, the prices are much lower, on average 3-5 times cheaper than others. Thirdly, the interface allows you to randomize emails using macros, which is very important for bypassing spam filters. Overall, StandartSend is simply amazing!
If you have a large project, don't waste your time on smartresponder. Importing the database requires a lot of effort and takes at least two months. Customer support is unhelpful and makes mistakes themselves.
As for the service itself, the ideas for features are not bad, but the implementation leaves much to be desired. There are many glitches, redirects work inconsistently and slowly. Tracking of non-existent and undelivered emails is incorrect.
PS I will delete this review when the problem is resolved. If you're reading this, it means the guys are working slowly.
